Laura is a brilliant, hard working and talented Pilates teacher. She knows all our names (not all teachers have bothered to do this!) and corrects our positions if we are not doing a move correctly. She is smiling, cheerful, enthusiastic and very well prepared for each lesson. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Laura's classes are great for any level. Laura explains everything, giving extensions for experienced attendees and gently guiding you if you are new or out of practice. The well timed evening courses are great for me as I can't attend daytime classes.
The booking system is great because it enables you to book whenever life/work allows.

Laura is a wonderful Pilates teacher and I always look forward to her class- even after a long day I know the class will leave me feeling more energised than before.
I love the calm structure throughout the classes, with little challenges built in and different levels of each exercise given, for all to be able to follow. Highly recommend this class!

Laura's Pilates classes always leave me feeling energised and powerful. Exercises are tailored to your experience, flexibility, strength and comfort, taking into account injuries or any other needs you may have. I always feel challenged and try to push myself further throughout the classes however I know I can take any exercise or stretch at my own pace and stop or slow down should I feel uncomfortable. You will definitely enjoy Laura's Pilates classes and I couldn't recommend her highly enough.

"I started Pilates with Laura in April this year, having come along to a "drop in" session with her in March. Laura is an excellent Pilates teacher. The structure of her classes is varied and interesting - there are never identical series of movements in her classes, which keeps it interesting. Laura is very inclusive in the way she teaches Pilates, so that those, like me, who are beginners and not so flexible, feel at ease learning the movements. No one is pushed beyond their personal ability. The classes are demanding - don't ever think that Pilates is a push over! Laura monitors us all as we progress and is always encouraging. Since starting the classes, my core strength, posture and flexibility have all improved. It really does make a difference. Thank you Laura."
